They still insisted that I return them (and I'm guessing they will just be put back on the shelf and sent out again to someone else). It dries down super well, it only has a smell when you first put it on but goes away pretty quickly, and it's super affordable for what it is. If you want the long answer, omg it's completely restored my hands. Last year, and the beginning of this year, my hands were dry dry dry. Like TERRIBLY dry. My hands were so dry and itchy that I had scabs all over my hands from itching so bad. I know they got so dry from all the hand sanitizer I've been using, as well as all the extra times I was washing my hands. I tried a few other hand creams and lotions; they were ok but they weren't this stuff. I decided I'm not going through this again this winter and did a quick google search about good hand creams. I found this one on the list and it was highly rated for the cheapest value. I figured I had nothing to lose and ordered it and I am so happy I did. I started off with using it twice a day for a week or two and my hands went back to being soft and nourished. I use once a day or once every other day now and it's been keeping my hands from looking like used sand paper. I still experience some itching and flaking skin, but it is no where near as bad or as often. My hands feel so smooth, they don't burn, and I haven't experienced any irritation from this product.
