The bike rack is separate. You must buy the rack alone. **Q: Is this a sturdy bag or does it collapse and lean over?** A: It is a collapsible bag...I have it on the front rack of my ebike, but that is what I bought it for ( to hold my chain locks, tools, and air pump) From what I've noticed it is good quality and water resistant (I say water resistant because I haven't submerged it) I have a net covering and holding it in place just to be sure, but I would certainly buy this again **Q: will the 10l bag fit a 7.5 inch wide fat tire rack** A: Don't know but......... According to the website the 10L is 7.5 inches wide. Seems like it would fit. **Q: velcro straps not tight? any recommendations for better stability? gaps in the rack not working.** A: im not sure how to help you.
