Rust-Oleum Off White Kitchen Cupboard Watercolour Paint in Matt Finish - Antique White 750ml

This product worked great but I did need 3 coats and I used a top sealant varnish cost as well. Took 3 coats to get a solid enough finish but I love how they look and the paint went a long way. The 1 pot did my whole kitchen (not that big and only lower cupboards). I did the cupboards doors front and back and all the base boards plus a wine rack. I was impressed with how long the paint lasted. As for longevity I don't know yet. We'll see. My kitchen looks bigger and brighter for this change, yes it took me a long time but its saved me lots of money compared to new kitchen or getting a company in to respray

I have just painted my cupboards yesterday and manage to get a small splash while cooking. Although it says on the tin that it takes 7 days to fully cure I manage to wipe off the splash effortlessly! Although it is a matt finish and its meant to be naturally less resistant than satin or gloss, The surface feels smooth and so it is easy to clean it off. Will see how it will hold in the longer run but so far very pleased.Update after a year:The paint is still going strong. I kept wiping the cupboards with wet wipes every couple of weeks or so to remove any noticeable splashes and they would come off easily without damaging the paint. Although please keep in mind that substances which have tendency to colour most of the things (tomato, beetroot etc) will keep a small stain so you need to wipe them off immediately. Also you need to be careful with metal things coming into contact with paint as it will leave a mark which would not come off.However all in all they are looking in a pretty good shape, it can probably last ok for another couple of years before thinking of repainting.Would buy again.

Paint took us ages to order not knowing the difference of the several variations of white my husband has just tested the colour we chose & we are very pleased with our choice. Paint went on cupboard drawer nicely no marks with brush strokes & went on better with roller so we are very pleased so far would order again.

This covers really well. Three thinner coats better. Wipes clean easily. Used same make paint for tiles.

Took just over 1 can to finish just the outside of the cupboards. We didn't paint the insides as we intend to buy a new kitchen at some point. It did take 4 coats until I was happy with the look.

I purchased this paint to freshen up my kitchen cabinets. As I have used Rust-Oleum furniture paint in the past and loved the result, I thought I would try the kitchen cupboard paint and I was absolutely delighted with the results. This paint goes on like a dream and I only needed the one coat on my cabinets as they were already coloured white. The paint dries really quickly too, so great if you need to apply more than one coat! I have actually ordered another can of this paint.

If you're painting dark wooden cabinets be aware that you will use a LOT of paint. It has taken me almost a full tin just to paint these four cupboard doors and two drawers! The roller left an orange peel effect so I ended up using a brush. This then left brush marks so I had to paint in the opposite direction for the following coat. The paint does dry to a lovely flat matt texture. The colour is exactly what I wanted also. However...very very time consuming and so many coats!
