Very interesting book

This was a really fascinating read. I found myself really thinking about all the people I know and have known, and how they might fit into these categories of manipulator, seducers or persuaders. It got me thinking about how I may have in the past also used some of these techniques subconsciously, and how I might tap into them more deliberately to achieve positive changes or goals in my own life. The book is full of great examples from history and the business world, which help illustrate the different types of influence and bring them to life in the real world. While I did feel this book was perhaps a bit more directed towards a male audience, I found the overall topics very interesting and would highly recommend to anyone who’s interested in exploring the psychology of why we do what we do, and how we are able to influence others.

Persuasion, manipulation, charm, having "it", seduction. Some people are said to have it and others not. Though some people's personality and character traits may allow them to be "naturals" in attracting and/or convincing others to "bend to their will", persuasion (or whatever you want to call it) can be a learned skill. On an intellectual level, I found this to be a fascinating read. The author methodically walks the reader from what seduction is, its origins, and so forth in a well-researched manner. I learned things I did not know which I enjoyed. I liked the fact that the author warned the reader that these principles and tactics can be hurtful to others as much - if not more - than it can be helpful. What bothers me is that I wasn't sure what the purpose of the book was beyond a treatment on the subject. The author leaves it up to the reader whether to use this knowledge for good or for evil purposes and in what context that seduction is to improve their lives. It is that piece that give me an uneasy feeling. We have enough narcissists and manipulators in the world; we don't need to be creating more of them.

At first, I thought it was just a pick up line book or maybe I would find one or two useful things in there but this book must belong to the devil and I love it it legitimately teach you how to get anybody to do anything it’s better than the dark psychology books I’ve read so far I got it six days ago I’ve been laid every night since and had a date every night since

The book itself seems good so far, however it claims to have a free gift attached, another book, bit when I go to the site to claim the free gift, it gives a message that says. "It appears you don't have permission to access this page".

This book was really interesting and learned more about the world of seduction. It reminded me of Robert Greene's books and had similar information. I've read The Art of Seduction and quite a few other books including ones on the dark triad. This book gives new insight focusing on seduction and also throws in a bit of history on pick up artistry.Fascinating read if you like delving into the darker side of the human mind. Great book.

This purchase is being returned to Amazon primarily because it is offensive and even potentially dangerous in its suggestions about enslaving women, but also because it is superficial.1. Read the one-star reviews.2. Purchased to hone consulting and persuasion skills. To my surprise, I received a superficial, morally corrupt "pick-up" manual about how to seduce women.3. Sit in the back of an open courtroom during a trial alleging rape; you'll hear about some of the simplistic techniques outlined in this book.4. Sample advice: "Don't be boring." "...a step-by-step roadmap must be followed...Intrigue, Rapport, Attract, and finally, Enslave." The author forgot to add "then get yourself a good lawyer."4. The author states "I'm a man of a science who put scientific findings into action." Yet there are very few references in this book. Given the research in psychology available to a "man of science," it is odd that there are really no scientific studies cited to support the seduction techniques outlined herein.5. There are 7+ pages of "resources" appended to the text. At first glance this appears to be an impressive compilation, at least in number. But a detailed reading of these "resources" reveals few credible titles, and virtually no credible sources. Examples of "resources:" "How to use social proof to get girls" from the "highly credible scientific website" girlschase.com. "The enchanted sex word of Scotland's secret seduction society" from "ancient origins.net." "How to hook up with beautiful women." And so on. Interesting that a quick perusal of this lengthy list of "resources" yields the conclusion that every one of them came directly off the internet...not a scientific journal cited anywhere. This, from a self-proclaimed "man of science."6. I should have rejected this book by its cover. A pair of juicy cherries is pictured prominently on the cover. Common street slang for deflowering a virgin: "getting her cherry."7. Other quotes from the chapter summaries: "...making women suffer mentally in order to be yours." "Since women can live independently in a way they couldn't before, men seeking a woman need to use seductive techniques..." "Mens brains are more visually oriented" (stated without any reference whatsoever)Superficial, and certainly immoral. A seductive purchase to a horny, not too bright teenager. And potentially dangerous to that audience.Stay away from this one for multiple reasons.

This is a very insightful book. Can learn the fundamentals of this art. Though there are no illustrations, it's well-explained. Easy to understand This is a fascinating book on the subject of seduction. The author describes the history of seduction as well as how it differs from "pick-up artists." The author takes a scientific approach to understand how attraction functions and explains the male and female attraction. Overall, I found this to be a rather interesting read, and I think everyone will learn from it. It is an interesting book to read. I started wondering about all the people I know and have met and how they might fit into the manipulator, seducer, or persuader categories. This made me think about how I may have used some of these tactics unconsciously in the past and how I might use them more intentionally in the future to achieve positive changes or goals in my own life. This book is full of fascinating examples from history and businesses that help describe various forms of influence and bring them to life in the modern world. Although this book is geared more toward a male audience, I find the overall subjects fascinating. Someone looking to understand the psychology behind how we do what we do and how we can influence people should read it.

Cracking book, leaned a lot about myself and my seductress over the years. Just a shame the free gift link was invalid. Apart from that 5 stars for material in the book
