I know it is recommended to take this for digestion but I find it truly helps with my anxiety as well. I take it every night and I can tell when I miss a dose. Tastes really good. Covered in sugar so if you’re avoiding sugar, maybe try something else, but I really enjoy the flavor a lot!

These work well, i've only been using them.42 days, so I haven't really seen a big difference. But I do like the price form is really good because I normally would get right. The other magnesium ones, and they were about 30 bucks. This wasn't that bad, so the price was good taste isn't so good. It kind of tastes like I'm eating chalk, but it does say take it with water. So I would take it with water. Other than that it's okay

They appear to consistently produce a highly quality supplement, which is something I worried about and researched with all the new brands flooding the market.For these gummies specifically I only gave it 4 starts due to a slight graininess to the texture and the flavor is only ok. The texture may be a byproduct of the Citrate and not specific to this brand, butI haven't tried others to know for sure. Texture is a bit different, tastes chewy but it's not bad. I feel like it did calm my nerves before sleep and hope it continues to work.
