The media could not be loaded. Not very easy to use, the tray also creates hindrance in chopping. Not very recommended from my side..Tough to clean also.😔😔

Ordered this one as there are a lot of positive reviews. But, disappointed to receive a used product. Then, the assembling was not intact. Probably the previous customer must have handled it wrongly. So, it was sent to me not even checking such things. Thirdly, those minute parts provided for the locking mechanism were broken. So, I returned the product.But for those shortcomings, the concept of this product is excellent. But both the quality of the plastic used and the finishing are not good. They made this product much inferior. That's why I chose to receive refund instead of optiing for replacement.
