Looks good and fully functional (grind, tamp, and extraction and temperature as needed). The ideal home barista tool. It comes with a milk pitcher, so no need to buy that in addition. Remember, like any mechanical device, it will need proper care and maintenance. Great discount deal at the time for a best in class product.

I had this coffee maker for three months - the grinder became blocked twice and went to be serviced. The same thing happened again so I ended up asking for a refund. Would not recommend.

It's a great machine. Firstly it is tricky to use from the start, and getting the right flavour and crema can be challenging but here's what I recommend which greatly helped. If you like a strong latte set it to espresso. Then set the grind amount to just over three quarters and at level three. This will give you a perfect pressure and crema. Then you can go ahead and steam as much milk as you like. Also you can add more water from the little spout if you want a weaker coffee or flat white. All in all its a brilliant machine. I questioned if it was worth it but it totally is. I have visited Costa and Starbucks since and their coffee is nowhere near as good.

What an experience upgrading myself from fully auto coffee machine to manual ones. Taste of coffee and quality is so much different. Have to spend time and explore to gain more experience to brew great coffee. Highly recommend.

The Application is fantastic. It does take a bit of learning to be able to produce barrister quality coffee. However, it is certainly possible with if you take the time to learn. Good machine for an enthusiast or something who wants to learn the techniques to brew quality coffee.

What exactley have I purchased? I thought I was buying a new unused coffee machine. It looks new and of high quality however there are concerns. 1) the packageing. It came in a cardboard box that was part open ,damaged and held together with Amazon tape. Not in a makers bow with cusioning.. 2) It as now paperwork for setting up ,operating or guarentee.3) I have no suppliers paperwork for proof of purchase. What else is missing? Have I been dumped with a bad deal?

After enjoying a cheap own brand coffee machine from Curry’s we thought we would treat ourselves to a better machine. Initial coffees weren’t great, but we were told it takes time to learn how to get the best from the machine. By the time we were getting the hang of it it needed a complicated descaling. Then after about 3 months the grinder stopped working. We organised a repair and it was collected promptly. However, and this is what I would warn about - 2 months later it still isn’t repaired! Our first reply to chasing up was “it will take a few weeks”, next reply “someone ordered the wrong part”. We are still waiting!!

Good when it works, but breaks down constantly.
