Not sure why there were negative comments. This pan works perfectly fine. The gaps are there to let steam out and if you turn it before the top is firm, then I guess you don't belong in the kitchen.

This makes very good, fluffy omelettes! It is very sturdy and has been a big hit with my family and friends. We even had a omelettes in this pan for lunch and dinner. The only thing I recommend is a slight design to keep the eggs inside when flipping it. Not enough of an issue where I will not have in my kitchen though. When flipping it over, I put it over the trash and flip, then back on the stove. Still amazing omelettes!

This pan is amazing! I will never go back to making omlets in a regular pan. Eggs were cooked perfectly! Plus it has a lifetime warranty.

Great pan, would buy again. I like that it can go in the oven if you want to make two different omelettes and can't flip it over to brown both side. Good quality pan, worth the money, in my opinion
