Worst coffee maker I have ever bought. Water was hot when I first bought it, now almost lukewarm. Will still try to make a cup of coffee when water runs out. Thankfully I was next to it when it started gurgling. I read another review that said it melted because it was out of water and still tried to make coffee, does not turn off

Having problems with the machine and customer support didn't back the satisfaction guarantee listed on the product page. Very disappointed.

Had Keurig for years, I like this better. Will have to wait and see about durability since I only made about a dozen cups of coffee with it so far.

Great machine but a little loud

We had a potentially world-record-breaking Keurig that lasted 10 years, and it finally breathed its last. We looked around for the replacement, for which we were not willing to pay a lot. We saw a positive review by Consumer Reports for this product, and while we do not always trust CR's reviews 100%, we were willing to try it, esp. at this price.We have been pleasantly surprised by how well this product works. It is no frill, even when compared with our 10-year-old Keurig, but if you want a quick brew and that is all you care about, this one delivers. And it IS a QUICK brew, as the machine gets ready fast.Our purchase is still new, and as such, we cannot evaluate the reliability and longevity. If anything is worthy of mentioning in those areas as well as the general use, we will update this review accordingly.
