They stay warm for hours. Good value for money Review: These Hand warmers are fantastic. They stay warm for at least the 8 hours promised and can be used in a variety of ways. I use them mainly for skiing on cold days. I open the packets when I start to get my ski gear on. And then pop them in my ski boots for the drive to the ski slopes to keep them warm before I change into them. Then I pop them in my gloves for skiing, taking them out for a shake when I stop for lunch. They continue to keep my hands warm for the rest of the day, and ifs it's really cold, I put them on my car seat to warm it up for the journey back. Often they are still warm when I take the dog out at 10 pm. Well worth the money and I now have a few converts as I always keep a pair in my rucksack for any friends with cold hands. Also keep a couple of pairs in the car for if I ever get stranded in the snow. On a really cold day ( minus 15 or 20) I pop an extra pair or two around my body. But the way they are packaged it is pretty hard to use only one of the pair at a time. Basically once the pack is ripped open they start to heat up. **Q: What is the expiration date on the 40 pair if I order now?** A: Wew bought a case of these 2 years ago with an expiration of 2024 and they just get lukewarm now. They are no longer hot and they are useless. **Q: does these have an adhesive that sticks to your clothing?** A: The box I got included a couple pairs of feet warmers. Those had sticky. The regular hand warmers do not. **Q: This hand warmer have the hand shape? Is it like a glove? Do you know the size of it?** A: It is not shaped like a glove.
