EC3 Air Purification Candles, 3-Pack, Natural, No Added Fragrance, Botanical Ingredients in Soy Wax

We had a mold nightmare. We literally had to tear down and rebuild half of our house. Now I’m paranoid so I got these and some serious air filters. The new mold tests show incredibly clean air. I buy them every other month and just keep them going. Highly recommend. Also there’s no scent so you can just put it in a candle holder to make it look nicer while you’re actually killing airborne mold spores.

I've had a horrible water intrusion problem at my house -- my crawl space was flooding. My whole house smelled like mildew and I didn't know what to do. I got drainage and a new vapor barrier for the crawl space, but then I found out my roof was leaky! It was leaking into the walls, very unobvious places, and I needed a new roof. It takes a while to organize a new roof and a redone crawl space. I didn't know what to do in the meantime -- the smell was terrible!I bought these candles and burned them for three hours on November 7th, 2021. I've burned them every other day or every two days since, for one hour each time. It's now December 22nd, 2021. First, they last a lot longer than the stated sixteen hours -- they're only now running out. That's a plus. I burned them in the three main rooms, the only ones that are occupied -- the master bedroom, the living room and the kitchen. There are two unoccupied bedrooms and a bathroom whose doors I've kept shut and haven't burned the candles in. Today it dawned on me that those rooms still smell as strongly of mildew as the rest of the house.....used to. Yes, used to, because today I realized that I haven't smelled the mildew smell in the rooms I've been burning the candles in for a while.I'm skeptical, but they seem to work to get rid of mildew smells. Does that mean that they're actually killing mold spores and making my house safer to live in? Maybe. I don't really know, and it's SUPER expensive to test the air for mold spores, so I guess I'm never going to know for sure. But the results are good enough in terms of getting rid of the smell that I'm buying another three pack. I'm going to burn them in the unoccupied bedrooms to see if they get rid of the smells in there. I'll post an update to let you know if I can duplicate the results.These candles are theoretically great. They're good at eliminating mildew smells. They don't have a scent of their own and they burn a lot longer than the stated sixteen hours. But are they actually killing mold spores? I would love some more information on any scientific test performed on the effectiveness of these candles, because they seem to work, if mold spore quantity is linked to smell. I'm probably going to have to tear down some walls to go after the source of the smell, but in the meantime these candles have really helped with the mildew smell. I'm actually shocked at how effectively they've gotten rid of the smell. When I go into the rooms I didn't burn them in, that's the only way I can remember what the smell was like before I bought these candles. Recommended, but with some skepticism. They seem like a miracle, but of course miracles are often too good to be true.

Like others I was a bit skeptical initially. But after using then a few times, I can say they work great. I've used one candle to remove the mildew smell from one room.

I’ve been dealing with a moisture intrusion problem for almost a year. During hot days I can smell a strong odor of mildew on the top floor of my house. (The moisture issue is in the attic, and I can smell mildew in my bedroom, bathroom, and hallway.) I lit these candles as soon as I opened the package. It’s been about five hours since I lit them, and the mildew smell is gone. Not sure how these work, but using them in conjunction with my Air Doctor air purifiers, they will help a lot while I work with my HOA to find the root of the moisture problem. So happy to have found these, small price to pay to not smell mildew!

Had read great things about these candles but was nevertheless sceptical. How wrong I was! After just 20 minutes I could smell that the air was fresher and I was able to fully inhale.... no coughing or sneezing and the eye irritation is easing up. I have lived and suffered with mould for five years and I can honestly say that that these candles really work. Yes, they are a bit expensive, but for such a great result, it's definitely worth the cost. Am about to order another pack.

I use this product regularly in my home to read the air from any micro toxins. I can definitely tell a difference in the way I feel when I’m using it.

Previous version was larger. This version is smaller. Does what is intended for at a reasonable cost. Love citrus aromatics and often use citrus for various remedies. Thank you kindly.
