These capsules contain 5 "headline" supplements to help with joints and internal membranes: MSM, glucosamine, chondrotin, Vitamin C, and collagen. They also contain "more than 70 minerals & trace elements" but unfortunately these are not listed anywhere, which I feel is an omission: I'm guessing that they are so "trace" so that I won't double-up with any of them with any other supplements I'm taking, but all the same, I'd like to know.The label states that the chondrotin is from beef and the collagen from chickens whilst the glucosamine is vegetarian (which seems a little pointless to me, but as it normally comes from crab shells, means that those allergic to crustaceans could still take this supplement). At the time of writing, the website also incorrectly states that they are vegetarian capsules (which may be technically true in terms of the capsule itself, but is definitely misleading).There are 60 capsules in the bottle and these are easily swallowed, taking 1 or 2 a day. The cost is reasonable (especially at 1 a day) for this type of product.I would have given 5 stars but am giving 4 for the misleading information / lack of information.

Great for reducing joint pain/tenderness. Each serving (2-4 capsules per day) contains 600-1200mg of MSM, 450-900mg of glucosamine HCI, 400-800mg of chondroitin sulphate, 120-240mg of vitamin C, 30-60mg of undenatured collagen type 2, and 100-200mg of ocean water concentrate. It’s usually difficult to assess the effectiveness of supplements (particularly those intended for the purpose of helping to maintain normal bodily function), especially with only 15-30 days of use (depending on the dosage taken). However, as a joiner who spends a lot of time on his knees and climbing up and down steps, my left knee often feels tender, and I've found that the frequency and magnitude of this tenderness has reduced massively since I started taking these capsules.One downside is that, like other supplements from this brand, these are very much on the expensive side (£19.99 at the time of writing this review for only a 15-30 day supply). However, depending on the amount of joint pain you suffer from, these capsules may be worth the high price.

After a couple of weeks of taking these, my joints seemed to be more at ease and less pain. I’ll carry on using them an update my review in due course.

I was interested to try these for my creaky knee which creaks with every step. At age 47 it does feel like a great sign. There's no pain at all but having joints that i can hear with every step is somewhat off putting.I have been pleasantly surprised with the results from these. I already take a raft of supplements but nothing has really helped it. I was really surprised that these have actually had a mild effect. Perhaps continued use will clear it up altogether. It's certainly promising.

These arrived in perfect condition in a sealed container with instructions and contents printed onto it.I am not very knowledgeable about health supplements and tend to read reviews to understand more about them.I have long-standing mobility issues and chronic pain and will try most things to try and unmotivated my situation. I accept that there aren't any instant results available in a bottle and that you have to be patient and stick at these things before any improvement is achieved.From what I've read about this product, it's worth trying. Three are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. I really have nothing to lose by taking these, and even if I don't see an improvement, they may well help to slow down any future problems that may arrive.I'm hopeful that I will benefit from using these, but only time will tell. Should I encounter any issues while taking these, I will return and amend my review according.

Wasn’t really sure what to expect from these tablets. But was prepared to give them a go to see if they could help with my aches and pains thanks to the menopause, and I have to say I’m impressed, almost as soon as I started taking them about a week ago I noticed the pain easing, especially in my hips. The aches and pains haven’t disappeared but have definitely eased, so I’m going to carry on taking and will update my review accordingly if there are any other reactions good or bad.The tablets are quite large, however they are still easy to swallow, just make sure you have a good gulp of liquid when you take the tablet.So far I can recommend this product and priced at £19.99 for 60 tablets, (33p each) is not too bad.

Adding MSM to the standard blend of glucosamine and chondroitin could be quite a good idea and it will be interesting to see whether this blend is more effective over the long term. I do believe that these supplements slow down the development of painful arthritis and have been using the gluco/chondro mix for several years. My main criticism with this product is the price for a bottle with only 1-2 months supply, depending on whether I take one or two capsules a day.
