This does actually work, had upper back pain and I few uses on this certainly worked and gave my muscles that much needed relaxation. Although I would recommend getting an actual massage gun

It’s great. Good value for money, I use this daily. Easy to use, the arm holders took me a minute to get use to plus the amount of comfortable pressure you use on yourself. But once this is mastered what a fantastic relief you gain from it.I would definitely recommend this to anyone that needs any type of stress relief.Easy to follow manual. Easy to set up. I love it! I didn’t think it was going to be so good! I used it for my shoulders and also back of my legs hamstrings and also lower back.It shuts after some time which helps so I don’t have to worry about overheating. It is meant to do thatThe more you pull down the handles the stronger the pressureThe heat is not immense but it’s OK. Probably would of liked a bit more heat but maybe there is a limitation so the product doesn’t overheatI hope it lasts and doesn’t have any issue long term but I believe will be okTotally recommend it

I really like the item , it does the job well , a bit bulky & the heat is not as good as I thought , but for the price it’s good & helped my shoulder pain , & it's quite relaxing .

Always love a massage and you can place it all over your body just add pressure.

This massager is awful, I’ve bought one previously and this is nothing like it, the arm holders are way too short and the neck pad is so big it’s hard to use and not at all comfortable. I have no confidence in using this as it looks cheap and nasty and doesn’t even have a brand, please send a replacement or refund and I will return this, I have ordered one previously at a similar price for my son and I am very happy with that one so if I could have the same again that would be ideal, thank you, I await your response.
