Loved this shower head! It fit perfectly, didn’t have to drill additional holes in the wall for the hand-held spray and coordinated with our sink faucets because of the white porcelain details. It works great too! The rain mode is strong and you can use the hand-held option at the same time, or separately. Some only have the option of one or the other and I like that I can use both at the same time. Would totally recommend it!

I love this shower faucet set, but the brass is coming off around the hot water Spicket and the shower head is starting to rust. It was beautiful when it was new we loved it but it’s looking not so good now

I purchased this product to install in a guest bathroom we remodeled. We have the same exact model in a rental property and it has never given us any problems so I had high hopes for this one. Upon installing it, the cold water valve connector proceeded to leak. I tried Teflon tape, pipe dope, rubber washer, etc. I then reached out to the company (they are very responsive and professional). They happily obliged to send me a replacement unit at no additional cost. However, the replacement unit ended up leaking in the exact same place the previous one had. I think it was fate though, as my wife had changed her mind about the fixture color she wanted to go in the bathroom. I ended up ordering a different unit from a different company and also installing new drop ear elbow fittings. The new unit we ordered through the other company formed a good seal with Teflon tape alone and we’ve had no problems out of it as of yet. That is to say, I’m unsure if the problem was with this companies products or if our old drop ear elbow fittings were to blame. Regardless, rest assured that they will quickly rectify any problems you may encounter with their products. I will say, the feel of this fixture is of higher quality than the more expensive one we purchased from a different company. ✌🏼

This is terrific in our bathroom. One of the faucets broke after only a couple of months. We sent the company an email and heard back immediately! They replaced the faulty faucet for free and charged us $10 for shipping (from Asia!). It arrived and the customer service people were right there with emails asking if we needed any instructions or help. We were very impressed with this company and highly recommend!

I love the look of the Gotonovo Luxury Exposed Shower Faucet Set — it has a beautiful, classic design that really stands out in my bathroom. Unfortunately, the shower head started to show signs of rust after a short time, which was disappointing for such a stylish piece. It works well and looks great overall, but I wish the materials were a bit more durable to match the luxury look.

Had it for over a year with an average use of 4x a day and so far no issues , leaks works fine and looks good .

Installed less than 6 months ago. The shower sometimes drips when it’s completely off. To be clear, it’s not a leak. The water comes out of the shower head like it normally would. The drip makes it seems like the handles were left 1% on, however, confirmed both handles were firmly turned off. Drip continues randomly anyway (not all the time). Also it makes a loud “white noise” when the water was on. Sounds is comparable to being on an airplane. Not awful but the extra noise was annoying.

Extremely slow delivery. This item took 32 days to reach me. There were no instructions with the item. I have figured out how to assemble the shower but am struggling with the pipe fittings. The website says the pipe threads are “NPT”, meaning national pipe thread. However when trying to connect the supplied pipe fittings to my own NPT pipes their fittings will not screw on. This has created a lot of frustration and will now add additional cost to what should be a very simple install. Purchasers should be ware of this shower kit. In the surface it looks great but the install is a nightmare
