Master shower was draining really slow one day, so I ran to HD and picked up one of those drain snakes that attaches to a drill, after running the auger it still was draining slower than normal. Not sure if it was the combo of snaking the drain first to break down the clog, or if I should have just started with this thing, either way it drains like the day it was new. At $70 for both tools it's still cheaper than calling a plumber.

We had a 3 inch drain pipe that had clogged up and nothing was working. I spent hours trying to snake it, used drain clearing chemicals, etc. Sometimes I would get a little bit of water to flow but for the most part it was a complete clog.With the pipe still filled with water, I attached this to my air compressor with a sprinkler air clean out adapter. The first blast of air didn’t work, the second blast didn’t work. Literally the third time was the charm. Yes, it made a mess everywhere, spraying water out of the pipe and making a stinky dirty mess. So I would recommend plugging a pipe with towels if you use this method. But it WORKED. Finally we can do laundry without worrying about another backup.

This was by far the best thing for clogged lines, I've tried everything and nothing lasted, I got this and put it in the clean out and turned the water on and bam fixed in seconds

The ring holding the balloon to the connector came off and blew balloon into the pipe. Had to fish it out - never did find the retaining ring - probably In the drain I was trying to unstop!

Nothing else worked. Not the plunger, not the snake, and not the drain cleaner. Before calling a plumber, we looked on YouTube, found this, and ordered it on Amazon. Problem solved!! Super easy!!! Saved sooooo much money!!! Awesome!

I purchased this to clear a clog in a pool drain...1.5" PVC pipe. The unit performed as described but really is not very durable. The connection between the rubber (excellent quality), the brass coupler and the plastic interior nozzle leaves a lot to be desired. It did a fine job of clearing that pipe which was my intent but I had hoped to use it more than once...however it came apart with much less force than what the directions stated would be required to rip the coupling and nozzle from the rubber bladder. Would not recommend until they fix that joint.
