I had an old model that lasted 20 years before the tank finally cracked and started to leak. The replacement fit perfectly, was pretty easy to install, and everything came in the box. My only issue, and this has nothing to do with the seller, is make sure you have a wrench that can accommodate a 3” diameter plastic nut. Otherwise, it’s all common hand tools to swap this out.

This was very easy to install after my old unit finally gave out. It works as good as the original unit and was much less expensive than trying to replace the entire toilet!

This is a good product they never refuse to flush. The only thing wrong is you send the wrong sponge seal the BLACK seal does not work with this product it's too hard, and when you flush water blows out all over the floor, this Gerber power flush unit requires a soft GREEN sponge seal to keep the water going where it's supposed to go in the bowl, I know this because I ran into this problem some years ago by using the same BLACH seal on another toilet and I had to find a Gerber dealer to get the right GREEN seal. So in the future, I suggest you get the right GREEN seal to send with your power flush unit. P.S. I had to reuse the original GREEN seal to make this work !!!! Thanks Charles Blasingame

Great replacement and easy to install. The instructions were easy to follow.

I ‘m pretty sure that the problem was with the Flushmate cartridge (No Pressure) which lasted 13 Years. I decided to order the Flushmate M-101526-F31 entire tank assembly with cartridge distributed by Plumbing Planet in my state of Connecticut It was very easy to install with the aid of You Tube Video. No problems. No adjustments. I know if I would have purchased this item, it would have probably cost me well over $200.

Although we had a little hiccup in the delivery on my first tank, reached out to Phil at Plumbing Planet and he issued us a replacement right away, no issues, no debates, just here you go. Customer service like that is very rare. Thank you for all you have done, customer for life with any of our plumbing needs. V. Ada
