good material and perfect fit for my battery filter on my 2017 c300 sedan. this took about 1 minutes to install. do yourself the favor and buy this and save a lot of money over dealer cost, and install yourself. the filter doesn't feel cheap. this is my 2nd time buying this product. it lasts about a year.

Filter works great and easy to swap with old one. Mb just has a weird design that pulls air from over the battery into the cabin. This is really a pre-filter as the cabin air filter is accessed inside the vehicle. Filter itself is great. MB over-engineering...not so much.

I'm on about my 6th set of these, will keep buying as long as I have the car. No smell, look & fit just like the originals, captures dirt like it's supposed to.

This product does not correctly fit a 2020 GLS450 as Amazon indicates. When I ordered, I just went with what Amazon said would fit. When I pulled the old filter, I found this to be about 1.5" too long. Since I already had the old one out and didn’t want to wait for the correct filter, I was able to just cut this filter down to size. Next time, I'll check part number and dimensions. The filter is otherwise OEM quality and I'm sure great for the correct fit.

When you turn your a/c on and it smells like dead animal this is that you need. Very easy to replace. Mercedes has a problem with this smell, the design is bad, old water runs off hood and sits in filter then the filter starts to smell after time. I would also replace Mercedes-Benz 166 830 03 18, Cabin Air Filters (2). You will see them when you take this filter out. Make sure you install the LEFT one first (looking into it). It has slide guides on the left side only, then insert the right, push back in first then slide straight in. BEFORE YOU INSTALL WIPE ALL AREAS WITH CLOROX WIPES REAL GOOD!! There are rubber seals on the components that you take off to get to this filter, I would spray and saturate rubber seals while they are off to ensure that you got the smell out of everything. It's about a 20 minute job, requires no tools. It's under hood on passenger side just in front of wiper, you will see air vent, pull that out. Then take clips (3) off of bay unit under that then you will see filters. That easy!! Guarantee a clean fresh smell again!!!
