I use this for enhancing blood circulation in my brain. I sometimes get headaches, but I cannot use aspirin at all; this product always relieves the headache.

Bluebonnet switched over to Sharp-PS recently. :( This is no longer a top-grade product. Leci-PS(tm) is what you want because it's more effective. I can feel the difference.I'm a big fan of phosphatidyl-serine in general. It crosses the blood-brain barrier, and keeps you calm and clear-headed, at least for a couple hours. It kicks in within 20 minutes. It's not a stimulant. Though, this one time I let my daughter try one, and it made her a bit hyper. Weird.

Good calm energy, focused and motivated
I could definitely feel a difference the first day and more so the second day. My mood was way more calm and my thoughts werent racing. I have been hammerin out projects \tasks that I've been procrastinating on. Feel motivated
