Lovely story but a little too long before getting to the sand dollar skeleton explanation. 4

this story reminds me of Thornton W. Burgess stories (Old Mother West Wind and the Merry Little Breezes, etc) that I read as a child. It has lots of information about the animal's life told in a very entertaining way for children and adults alike. I plan to buy all of her stories. The artwork is very engaging, too.

LOVES this booklet, even though the illustrations are very similar on each page and not colourful. she thought fisrt those were blue cookies, meanwhile she understand what a SandDollar is

Very cute and informative. The whole family learned a lot about sand dollars. I wish I could buy the author's books as a set.
