UPDATE AFTER FOUR YEARS:I still like the grill, since I got it in 2014, I have to admit I never used the rotisserie .. always been meaning to ..never did. The lights on the inside stopped working a few years ago. not sure what it was, power is there, lights do not turn on. The canvas cover it came with is the weak link, it kept on blowing off the grill, and after 4 years it was torn and worn and needed replacement, it faded after the first year, should have gotten a generic replacement a while ago.So if I had to make suggestions; a better grill cover, and you should include straps to hold the cover down in the wind, make the lights replaceable for when they stop working, and give the drip pan higher sides.. it is tough going more than 5 feet if the pan is filled with water (because rain got in the grill after the cover flew off in the wind).+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++I held out and am writing this after having the grill for 12 months. It is awesome.I was not a ultra-luxury type of person, I went from a kenmore grill (on wheels) to building my own patio and grill. This is well beyond any of my expectations. Solid, solid construction, every nice controls for temperature, drip pan is easy to clean out, nothing but good things to say about it. I bought the doors for the cabinet also.. that was a good call... looks very sharp.

Update 09/18: This grill was initially purchased for my parents' outdoor kitchen in 2016. We were so impressed with its construction and durability that we purchased one to replace our grill which was damaged in a hail storm. After a year, the light on the interior failed, but the thermometer is in excellent shape, the rotisserie still functions flawlessly, and it is still like new. I trust the one I purchased last week will withstand the elements as well as the one purchased by my parents. They have not compromised the quality in a money-saving effort, thankfully! Originally posted 04/2016: Solidly built, this grill is not the standard junk you buy at Menards or Home Depot. It is heavy duty with much attention to detail in construction. We have owned it for two weeks now, and we are very VERY pleased with it! The gauge is easy to read. The knobs are metal. There is a griddle to make bacon or pancakes, or the like, which funnels grease into a bottom tray for easy removal. The cover looks well constructed and does a great job of protecting it from the elements (we just had a nasty rain and wind event, and it stayed put and kept the grill dry). There is a small box for adding a wood smoke flavor to your food. It seems a little small to be very effective, but it actually did much better than expected. The grills are made of stainless steel rods, and the rotisserie works flawlessly. It is way less expensive than some of the known high-end grills and competes equally with them. It is probably three times as much cash as one of those cheapies, but trust me you will have spent that extra money well! With all their attention to ensuring every detail is perfect, I recommend this to everybody!

I highly recommend this vendor. very professional, he called me on the day of purchase and asked me few question to make sure he send the right item. many seller don't bother and call because the buyer problem to send back on their own expanses!the reason it took me almost a year before write a review is because I was in the middle of the project. The grill installed outdoor 6 months ago, we loved it so much. we made many dinner ad lunch on it. despite the harsh weather of Florida and the daily thunderstorm and rain and the grill wasn't covered, it is looked like new still. very heavy and high quality and well worth the investment.one complain is that the installation instruction is very confusing and that is the manufacture not the vendor problem. it made me measure more than once and draw the kitchen few times to get it right, but after all it is rock n roll now :)

I wanted a kitchen aid. Then I found all the issues with them. Had to find something else. The burners in this grill are cast stainless and beefy. The rotisserie can do 40 pounds! The original burner deflectors don't do this grill justice so I got the ceramic ones to add in. They work awesome. The charcoal inserts are pretty sweet to so you can use gas to start the coals then get that smokey flavor. This grill is 170 pounds so it is no joke a hunk of stainless steel. The lights on the inside are pretty awesome for dusk time grilling. I do wish the drip pan had some sort of drain or spout but that is being picky.

Looks great on the outside but the inside gets ugly quick. The left burner runs high compared to the other 3. In fact there is inconsistency across the whole grilling surface. It is a grill that needs constant attention.I have had this grill for about 2 1/2 years and the grill grates are already sagging, and compared to my webber, are low quality. I never had to replace the grill grates on my webber and I have had it since 2003.At this point I am hoping to find a webber built in that fits to replace it.

Great bbq, fantastic build quality, rotisserie excellent heat for a low and slow roast. This is a definite step up from any bbq from a big box store. Heavy sturdy and hot. Recommend. Downsides are not even heat across surface but you can use this to your advantage. And rotisserie does not have a large clearance so you have to remove grills to accommodate even a chicken.
