I used to use this years ago but I’ve finally circled back to it.. I honestly don’t know why I stopped. My hair is hard to keep moisturized but this deep conditioner works beautifully. I use a clarifying shampoo and tresemme’s moisture rich shampoo and conditioner and I use this as a deep conditioner every week.
