I bought the skimmer a few years ago and love it. I don’t have to get on the ground to get the skimmer out. The net got a tear in it so I was happy to be able to replace just the net.

The Skimmie Tool is the best pool tool anyone can have. No more bending down to pull out the Skimmer Basket. Easily grab small debri from the pool. And it is a great way to retrieve errant tennis balls that fall in the pool! As Mr. T. said, "I pitty the fool who has a pool without the Skimmie Tool!"

Only lasted the summer, but very handy could be better quality. Provides a wonderful way to get bugs out of the skimmer and or the pool.

We love the skimmie! Very useful for a pool. We ordered just the replacement net and no longer had the pin we needed. I contacted the seller who provides her cell phone and I was able to send a text. This well designed tool has been my go to for cleaning out skimmers, from lifting the initial cover to extraction of the baskets. The lightweight fine mesh net attachment on the other end of a smaller, more manageable but sturdy pole enables more control in cleaning once the basket has been removed. As I wait for surgery, this tool has given me some independence as I currently have limited mobility. I enjoy keeping things clean, being outdoors, love the trees but they provided extra spring debris that needed removal from the pool and this tool has assisted with maintenance. It doesn’t replace my weekly Poolman but I own two, I leave one at each end of the pool for convenience, easily placed in the flowerbed or behind large plant pots. I’ve considered fence hangers once I have surgery. I will continue to replace the mesh nets as needed. This tool has been just as important as my tongs to pick up things I drop. Many thanks for the thought in design and use when life brings challenges.

Huge fans of this skimmy & the replacement net. Hubby says it’s his favorite pool cleaning find yet!!! Replacement net fit perfectly! We leave it out year round so we weren’t surprised that we needed to replace the net after 3 years. Worth it!
