Ordered this to add a ProIdiom Tuner feature to a Commercial Non Hospitality LG panel. Works with current LG Channel mapping software and was straightforward to set up and clone a property's TV lineup to the settop box.

Ordered 3 boxes. I was certain I saw the word "new" when I ordered (it isn't there now), the boxes arrived and were obviously used, with old velcro and paint on them. The label says they were manufactured in 2018. They booted up OK, but as soon as they warmed up, they all stopped responding to the remote. Unplug them for a while, they work again. another 5 minutes, dead. Over and over.
