All in all, these are a pretty good purchase. The sound quality on these Air1 Plus earbuds is great, the best sound quality I've ever heard from an earbud (these are the most expensive ones I've purchased though). Music sounds great and voices don't sound tinny, but I could do with a stronger bass. The Bluetooth connectivity is easy, just make sure you take both earbuds out of the case at once if you're wanting to use them both - they do offer single earbud pairing, and if you only pair one at first the other one will need to be individually paired. However, the Bluetooth is not very strong, so you do need to stay relativity near your source (phone, laptop). I tested it out at work by walking certain distances from my desk and around my work building and they really only stayed strongly connected when I was still in the same room as my laptop. Any further distance was spotty. I haven't had an issue with them for video calls, although audio is more muffled than I expected. Not a deal breaker, and the mic works great. The charging case is awesome and big enough that I won't lose it at the bottom of a bag. I love the color options this company offers as well - the gold is stylish and classic.I probably would have given these earbuds 5 stars if I hadn't been sent an obviously opened and previously used pair. The plastic box was open and broken when they arrived and the contents were scattered throughout the Amazon box, which didn't inspire a lot of confidence that the earbuds would work. However, they do seem to be working great and I cleaned them thoroughly after seeing that the silicone slip covers had what appeared to be someone else's earwax on them (ew). I probably should have returned them for that reason, but I needed this pair for work calls as my previous pair stopped working completely. One star docked for careless shipment and not bothering to inspect a returned item before sending it out to someone else. At the very least, if you're going to send out returned items, give the buyer a heads up that they're purchasing an item that was previously used. I wish I would have bought them directly from the Happy Plugs site, as I'm unsure if this was an Amazon issue or a Happy Plugs issue.All in all, a great pair of earbuds but a bad experience with shipping and being sent a returned pair. Maybe order directly from the manufacturer instead of Amazon.

one of the headphones does not work, of poor quality

I bought air pots “Happy plugs”, but the right one doesn’t work. I am very very disappointed.

They didn't turn on after charging for 3 hours. Had to return. Very disappointed. Shipped in less than 14hours which made me happy.Got the pink air buds and they were fantastic, bought them in store though.
