High quality water filter, tastes good, no signs of leakage. Its' size is good for under the sink installation and easy to remove and install. I wish there was a way to EMPTY (most of) the cartridge, as water in the filter makes it heavier. Thank you and "see" you next year!

This water filter works perfectly for our pebble ice maker. Before installing the filter the ice had a taste that was a little off. Now with the filter the ice is flavorless like it should be. Guests to our house love the ice and rave about it, even coming over to grab ice from us for their house. the filter is easy to install under the sink and only a few drops of water leak out during filter exchange which only takes a quarter turn to uninstall/install. Also, i had an issue and reached out to Customer Service for help and Kimberly was kind to immediately ship a new filter even though I didn't ask for one. This is a great company to work with and I'll be a customer for life.

There Ultra filters are great. We noticed a taste improvement and appreciate the safety it brings. Super easy to install. Seller is great. I've now bought and installed 3. I needed a different hose and seller helped me w/o charge. Super.

I’ve owned this filtration system for a couple of years now so I’ve ordered many replacement filters. 80% of the time these filters are great with no issues. Unfortunately, the other 20% of the time is a real inconvenience. Randomly, a new filter will just not be right. The water flow will be wrong and it will take forever to even fill a cup. And the taste just isn’t as good. To the opposite, when you get a correct one, you get the best water flow when it’s first used. And you have no way of knowing until you replace the filter and try it. I really wish these would be consistent to make this the best experience. I am done paying for the bad filters though and will have to start returning them. You will know immediately when you have a defective filter. On average, we get two months of use out of a filter with high usage. We love the product so I hope they get it sorted out

I am using this filter differently than most people. I have the Waterdrop TSA 3 under sink model. Anyway, I swapped this filter out with the CT filter at the back of system. This filter has the same connection as the model I installed it in. In my application, the water goes through a prefilter and then a granulated carbon filter before it gets to this filter. This filter has a lot of the same components as the filter I replaced except for this one makes my system an ultra filtration model. The TSA 3 system normally filters down to .5 microns. Filtering to a substantially smaller size means my water is free of more porential microplastics, most viruses and all bacteria, and more contaminants in general. My house has crazy high water pressure (95 psi), and the flow through my system is about 1.2 gallons a minute (system rated for 1 gpm @ 60 psi). Edit: For those who complain your filters clog up too fast, your filter is working. The filter is just working too well for your application. You either need a prefilter or switch to a filter with a larger pore size. Your water might look clear, but people cannot see anything 35 microns or less without a microscope. Lots of stuff 35 microns or less can clog a .01 micron filter fast. If your filters clog up fast, the modified TSA 3 system setup I am using might help out quite a bit. The first two filters on that system are not very restrictive as far as water filters go, but they will start cleansing particulates from the water to prolong the life of this filter. I also want to make a disclaimer. Every water system will have its own contamination issues as every cities water distribution system is different. What works for me might not work for you and vice versa.

Avevo già acquistato questo filtro, un anno fa, ed era risultato perfettamente coerente con le foto presenti nell’annuncio e compatibile con la testa standard dei depuratori. In questi giorni ho riacquistato lo stesso identico filtro per la sostituzione, ma, contrariamente al vecchio filtro e alle foto tutt’ora presenti nell'annuncio, questo è privo delle due alette di ritenzione che erano presenti sul barilotto di quello vecchio e che sono presenti su tutti i filtri compatibili con teste standard, così ora non è più possibile agganciarlo alla testa e viene espulso appena si apre l’acqua. Reso immediatamente. AGGIORNAMENTO 25 NOVEMBRE 2025: L'assistenza di Waterdrop mi ha contattato per la recensione negativa, mi ha spiegato le ragioni della modifica e mi ha proposto di tenere il filtro ed ottenere un rimborso. Ho spiegato che avevo già effettuato il reso e a quel punto mi hanno voluto spedire un altro filtro, identico, come omaggio. Nel frattempo, avendo apprezzato l'ottimo servizio dell'assistenza e dato che comunque la qualità del filtro è molto buona, ho acquistato una testa della stessa azienda ed oggi ho installato il tutto nell'impianto già esistente, a doppia filtrazione. L'acqua era già buona prima, in quanto utilizzo un primo filtro che elimina particelle e il cattivo odore di cloro, ma con questo filtro mi garantisco un'acqua priva di germi al 99,99999%, cosa per me importantissima, dato che in alcuni momenti il mio condominio utilizza la cisterna e la relativa autoclave; il tutto a meno della metà del prezzo del più economico dei filtri a ultrafiltrazione. Aggiorno quindi la mia valutazione a 5 stelle. NOTA BENE: per tutti quelli che scrivono che il filtro è pessimo perché non abbassa il valore del TDS, vorrei precisare che NESSUN FILTRO di questo tipo abbassa il valore del TDS, in quanto i sali minerali sono presenti in acqua in forma ionica e quindi l'unica soluzione percorribile in tal senso è quella dell'osmosi inversa, l'unica in grado di eliminare i sali minerali. E' anche chiaramente specificato nelle istruzioni e nelle immagini del prodotto presenti anche nello spazio di vendita di Amazon.

This is a replacement cartridge for our water filter. It was very quick to fit but you do need to turn off the cold water supply before fitting. The idea of this filter is that it removes tiny particles. The mesh size is 0.01 micron. A bacteria cell is 0.2 to 2 micron, so this filter will remove bacteria and any particle greater than 0.01 micron. Note it won't remove dissolved ions in the water or treat water hardness. To do this you would have to add another cartridge in series.
