it will probably fit. i removed 5 links to make mine fit me. or you can get other bands, it's a common width. mine is on a nylon nato strap now. those will fit anything.

The watch is water resistant to 100meters. So probably OK to swim and shower with it on, but probably not suitable for actual diving.
