I have advanced stage adrenal fatigue beyond description. I learned about this product on my own, but I recently started seeing an Integrative/Functional medicine doctor who said he's had a lot of success with his clients using this particular PS (non-soy, etc). Supplements effect everybody differently, but for those who this product works for, it really seems to work well. I have to take quite a bit, but it definitely helps with the cortisol rushes that happen at night and early morning. I'm ridiculously sensitive to ANY supplement or med, so I was really happy when I found that I could tolerate this PS and also get really good relief and results. Jarrow makes really good products for the most part. Give it a shot!

This stuff is amazing. I can't sleep without it. I have chronic insomnia and this has helped tremendously, especially for mid-night waking, early morning waking. My dreams are vivid and rich and I feel rested when I wake up. I've noticed when I've run out after about 2-3 days... I order multiple bottles now so I always have with me. I found this product through a website with tips for people with adrenal fatigue and or hypothyroid. Hope this helps!

WORTH TRYING TO HELP WITH MEMORY, I DON'T THINK SUFFICIENT TIME HAS PASSED TO JUDGE

It was advertised as GEL caps, they "switched after baiting" and sent capsules.

This s trash and I ended up with two of them. i might as well throw them away.The only reason i gave it two stars is because it was delivered on time.-It doesn't work-returns are not accepted-terrible side effectsI would not recommend this product to anyone.
