It is cool to the touch and very soft. Easy care and I can use it anywhere. Great for summer and hotter days… I wish it came in a few darker colors….

My dogs love these cooling blankets. I wish I had one for each if them, but for now we have two and everyone shares or takes turns. Cooling blankets work so much better than the gel pads, because they stay fresh all night, and they are soft and cozy too. They also washed up great. They actually stay so cool (we are about 40C right now) that they always surprise me for a moment when I step on them barefoot. Makes me feel glad at heart to know my dogs are comfortable when they sleep.

My dog, a larger sized king cavalier, loves it. Ive had a gel cooling pad before but after twenty minutes it would get hot and my dog would leave it so it could recharge. Problem was, my dog wouldn’t go back to it. Who wants to get up every twenty minutes during a hot night? Anyway, got this cooling blanket and it’s so much better. It spreads easily over the bottom of my bed, is light weight and soft but most importantly it stays cool to the touch, not icy cold but it’s definitely colder than the other covers. All my dog has to do is move to another area if he gets hot. Most of the time, he goes to sleep and moves very little during the night. Im more than happy with my purchase and, another plus, the blanket is washable! Can’t beat that. Yes would purchase again and again. So worth it. I can’t say its chew proof but nothing is if you have a chewing pup. My dog has outgrown that so i have no problems. Besides if he is going to chew, I would rather it be this than a gel filled pad.

My Golden Retriever is always hot, even in winter. Gel pads seem to rip, even with short nails, so I was looking for an alternative cooling mat. This is perfect! As soon as I opened it, McGrew made it his own by rolling on it and getting his scent all over it. He's been lying on it for most of the day, and it seems to stay cool. No more tile floor for his old body - he stays on his bed as long as the blanket is on it. The material looks sturdy, and there's no gel to leak out. I love the fact that it's machine washable, as the old guy can find a mud puddle anywhere! The price isn't bad, either, especially with the 12 month warranty. It looks well made, and will probably hold up for a couple of years at least.
