Clay Roaster
Nice large clay roasting pot. The glass coating makes it easier to clean, but it does not build up residual grease for the added taste. The lid is a little thin too, so I must be very careful when storing it.

Cooking with pottery!
This is absolutely the best for cooking ham, turkey or chicken. Always moist and tender. Easy to clean and care for. A great addition to your cooking extravaganza.

Tender Roasting Easy Clean up
Chicken and turkey roasted was just as tender as advertised. Clean up very easy. I would buy again.

Broken
It was broken in pieces when I opened the box. Taking it back to return was hard on my knees. now I am hesitant to buy again.

The BEST way to cook a chicken or Turkey!
Like many families, we have tried just about every method to cook a Turkey and keep it moist. This is by FAR the best! We soaked the lid overnight when it came out of the box, then we did it again for an hour right before cooking our thanksgiving dinner. I’ve never cooked a turkey where the white meat was as juicy as the dark meat and it just falls off the bone. We tried a chicken in it the week prior to thanksgiving to test it out and that was amazing as well! We will never cook poultry any other way again. Can’t wait to try other things in this awesome cooker!
