I really enjoy these Taos The Show sandals overall. They’re super comfortable right out of the box and feel like a step up from your average flat sandal. The premium leather is soft, the adjustable Velcro straps (on the forefoot and ankle) let you get a secure, customized fit, and they look stylish enough for casual outings or errands. That said, the sole isn’t as thick or heavily padded as I expected from a Taos shoe (they’re known for good support). It’s more on the moderate side with their signature Soft Support footbed and some cooling gel elements, but it still provides decent cushioning and stability. For me, with high arches, these offer enough support to wear them all day without pain, and they’re definitely more comfortable than basic flip-flops or thin-soled sandals. However, if you have really high arches or need aggressive arch contouring (like a true orthotic-level lift), these might not fully meet your foot—they don’t quite reach up into my arch the way some other supportive brands do. Sizing was a bit tricky for me. I normally wear a 9.5, and I initially ordered a 10 thinking I’d want room. They felt a tad loose and not snug enough, so I returned them and went with the 9 instead. The smaller size fits much better—snug without being tight—and makes them feel more secure and comfortable overall. One minor aesthetic nitpick: in my size, my toes sit closer to the front edge than I’d prefer visually (they’re almost at the edge rather than having a little overhang space), but functionally it’s not an issue and the fit is way better. The camal/ tan color is quite a bit darker than my skin tone but hopefully I will get some sun this summer and they wont contrast so much with my skin tone. Bottom line: These are a solid choice if you’re looking for lightweight, adjustable leather sandals with good (but not maximal) arch support and all-day wearability. They’re especially nice for moderate-high arches like mine. Highly recommend trying your true size or sizing down half if you’re between sizes—worth the exchange for the perfect fit! 4.5/5 stars.

The sandals fit well and are true to size. This is a size 10. Fits well. Looks well made and quite pretty on. Very comfortable sole, fitting the bottom contours of my feet well. Nice velcro adjustments at the top and bottom straps. The only criticism I have, and it's personal here since I always feel warm, is that it 's a little warm under the strapping at the top. I would not wear these in the height of summer heat. This may not bother others.

I have purchased 5 pairs of these sandals over a 3 year period; 3 in the caramel color and 2 in black. They are of excellent quality, durable, and comfortable. I have been able to wear them all day with no issues. I have a few foot issues and have no problems with these sandals. The velcro is sturdy and stays adhered. These sandals have been soaked in the rain and the leather returns to its normal color. They go well with casual clothing and jeans. When the summer months arrive, I wear them everyday. I receive compliments on them frequently. They are well worth the cost. I intend to purchase other colors.

I kept seeing ads for these and I finally caved because I needed some summer sandals. Y’all, they actually ARE the most comfortable sandals I’ve ever put on my feet. I barely feel like I’m wearing shoes, in a good way. They are soft and supportive at the same time. And so cute! I love them and have already decided to get more from this brand and get my mom a pair.

It's just hard to find pretty sandals that are comfortable to walk in. Not only do I have bad feet (I do foot exercises daily to strengthen them), I jog poorly a couple of times a week and my feet are always tired the rest of the day, so comfortable. Shoes are really a must. These sandals really do go with everything and they do look nice, but I have to say I'm not a huge fan of the sole. Like Birkenstocks, soon they will show sweaty imprints, and it's impossible to really clean off because it seems to absorb everything - even getting sand off is a chore. I've had similarly expensive shoes before, and honestly, they felt more elegant and better made than these. Still, in a world of impossible, ugly sandals that are comfortable, this is one of the better pairs I have found. If only I had found them on sale! If they were half the price, I would be half as critical.

Comfortable sandals made from beautiful leather. Fit well in my usual size and has great adjustability at the forefoot and instep. The metallic color is a true neutral.

I purchased this Taos the show shoes at a local high end shoe store. I fell in love with these shoes and have been wearing them everyday. They are so comfortable that I forget to take them off when I enter my house. I love how the upper and lower velcro straps will taylor to your feet. My feet tend to puff up when I travel. One can readjust if necessay throughout your hours of walking. I also like that the design is very stylish and does not look like your grandmother's ortho shoes. Once I fell in love with these shoes, I wanted to purchase another pair yet in a different color. The metallic Champagne color is very nice. There is soft arch support as well to accommodate allowing one to walk for many hours. The quality is top notch. These are costly shoes yet shoes that I believe will be worn for many years.

I ordered wide but it wasn’t wide enough for 1 foot. However it dealt super comfortable on the other foot. Soft leather and well made.
