Install took some time due to me be anal on measuring precisely but the install is pretty straight forward. It takes some muscle to get all of the hardware in but the instructions are thorough and easy to follow. Amazing for the money and does the job safely. Great product! Review: Works Well - I purchased the Harken Hoister 7803B.12 4 Point System for my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 2-Door (hard top w/ "Freedom Panels"). I installed the system in my garage myself, which took most of the day (my rafters were hard to locate with a stud finder, and they weren't all exactly 16" on-center). The system works well; I was able to lift the hard top off of my Jeep with very little effort. Putting the top back on was just as simple. We've had several unseasonably warm days here in central Illinois; it was a perfect chance to get out and try my new Jeep with the top (and doors) off. I would have given five stars, but the instruction manual that was included was a generic manual for all of their lifts (the images showed it lifting a canoe). After reading the details i guessed it would work for this like any other hard top for newer models. it did a good job and with the adjustable straps the fit overall was easy, even though my top is much different style then newer versions. The only thing i would suggest is adding a safety cleat to attach to the wall as added security when the top is fully lifted.
