High quality protein. Good taste - slightly on the sweet side, which I don't mind. When shaken does not get frothy, maintains a thin consistency.

Be careful! Protein powder wirb
Product has issues. Opened the product today and it has mould and black particle inside the protein powder. This is not consumeable. This protein powder must have stored incorrectly

I've used this product before and I enjoy it very much. I didn't realize I was ordering the gigantic bottle. However, on its side, it still fits on the shelf. I like the cookies and cream flavor. I use 8 ounces of milk, 1 cup of berries, and the scoop of R1 for my protein shake after my workout.

One of the cleanest protein powders I've ever tried, none of the added nonsense. I want my protein powder for the protein and Rule 1 delivers. For a 25g serving of protein only weighing 29g it's very impressive, that tells you there's no fillers added. It's one of the best ways to compare what you are getting and none of the others come close. For the price it's best in class
