Doesn't stick...to anything.
A piece of celo tape is more sticky than this. Even after a thorough cleaning of the surface, neither the main or backup pieces stick to anything let alone a dashboard. The instructions are all in Chinese so good luck with that. It seems to hold the phone okay if you do manage to get the base stuck to something. So unless you're willing to superglue it to your car this whole thing is basically one big rip-off.

Works brilliantly
I made sure to allow 24 hour to let the adhesive strips cure before use. Worked a treat to start. I hadit holding an Amazon Kindle Fire 7" table in landscape and it held beautifully from a magnet perspective. Within a couple of weeks the metal plate attached to the kindle just fell off though. Not A huge deal, easy to rectify but something the manufacturer may want to address. I followed all the guides on securing the tape as well including cleaning and curing so I dont believe that is the issue.

Good stick
First sticky phone holder that has actually stuck. I just wish the lock and magnets were a bit stronger for heavier phones

Excellent
This tiny device can hold a 8 inch tablet with ease, I did however use a 3m pad to stick tablet to metal plate as this was its weak point, very happy for little money.
