Wonderful Olive Oil
I use this olive oil as a dipping sauce, I add Italian herbs to it and then dip bread or crackers in it. It is light and flavorful. I'd buy this product again.

What a wonderful vision and project and what a fab oil! As an olive oil consumer for taste as well as health reasons, I recently learned about yet more of its healthgiving properties. Since Morocco's olive trees were said to produce more of that substance I Amazoned and chose two kinds. While I also love the taste and aroma of the other and will continue using it, THIS one is as of now my staple.

Taste and flavor
This is one of the best olive oil I have come across. It’s silky with a gentle nutty taste not much irritating in the throat and mild peppery flavor. Please pay attention: In the nutrition facts label the amount of polyunsaturated fat and mono saturated should be reversed. This composition is what sets olive oil apart from other oils. Buy Ouazzania instead. This olive oil smells and tastes like the generic brand you get in your local supermarket. I grew up in morocco and this is not what extra virgin olive oil tastes like. The only reason I'm not returning the 4 bottles is because the purchase is supposed to support women farmers in the region. I hope it's the case and I'm in full support of that. The bottles were packaged individually and nicely. The shipping was included. The only issue is the taste.

Love this stuff. Haven't been able to buy it recently.
I hope it becomes available again. It is a reasonably priced very flavorful olive oil. It is nice for salad dressings, where the flavor really matters.
