I take two gel capsules every night. Castor is terrific for your entire body. Helps the "poop shoot" too!!!! The only downfall is they are really big. I'm not a very good pill taker but I manage. Sometimes I take them with my hot tea (but obviously not too hot. They go down a little easier because they soften, I think. I buy them consistently so I'm on board with this product and you should too.

Love this Castor oil Softgel non-GMO & Gluten Free. My maintenance instead of taking other over the counter stimulant or laxative. This was prescribed by my doctor and I’m happy with the result.

There are many effective benefits to castor oil, which is why I started taking these occasionally. They help as a natural laxative. I learned that if you want the other benefits and not the laxative effect you can freeze them and take them frozen. I have done that before if I’m not looking for that effect. They are a little on the large size.

I like that these capsules are tasteless and seemingly butpless, too (which is amazing!) It does tend to cause a bit of cramping in the system the first time of use, but it has not, since then. It is also good for the skin & scalp! Very nice product.

I have heard so much about castor oil, I had to try it. This product meet and exceeds all my expectations for this product. Easy to swallow, I was weary about freezing it, but that worked excellent, take three days to freeze a few gel caps so I take my night gelcap frozen.
