Great tasting
The first time I ordered, all the cans I received were dented, but I think it was just rough handling. The product is super amazing, it has a nice gentle flavor, I've used it for curry, stir fry. Highly recommend

Tasty
This is one of the better tasting imitation meats. Probably doesn’t taste like duck but it’s pleasant and meat like.

It's good but not great
I am spoiled by living in Asia where "we" invented happy cow, duck, pork. It's overpriced for gluetin so so flavor, but still an easy fix for a good meal.

Fantastic Flavor
I just opened me first can, hesitated for a moment and forked a piece straight out of the can and this is so tender, the broth is so delicious that I want to just finish the can right now. This does have FANTASTIC flavor and I am reordering now before they run out.

Good to have a supply on hand!
Love this and a reminder to order more. In addition to stir frys, it's a good sup for chicken in "chicken" noodle soup. Just needs warming, so easy to use.

Meh
The cans were really beat up and everybody seems to have that issue but that doesn't really matter I guess since they're still edible in beat up cans. The texture isn't too bad and it really looks like duck when you stir fry it. The taste is a little weird as of my having tried to prepare one can so far. I'm not totally giving up yet on finishing the shipment but I didn't finish eating the first can after preparing it. With this sort of protein the first try not going well isn't necessarily the end. I'm hoping it just means I haven't found the best way to prepare it yet.Having said all this it's way overpriced.
