We used to have an extremely large, plush, rocker recliner. This is not that - it's smaller, firmer, and not a rocker. On the other hand, that old thing hurt my back and took up a lot of room, and this doesn't.Pros: + Literally unpacked and assembled in less than 20 minutes. Most of that was unpacking and unwrapping. There are just 5 parts to slot together and two cords to plug. + It slides forward when reclining, so you don't need to leave much room in back. + Fairly firm, and great lumbar support if you just jam your butt all the way back. I can spend several hours without any pain. + This was half the price of stuff I could have bought from Jerome's, but more comfortable (if you want firmness) and compact.Cons: - The massage control cord is not long enough. This seems to be an endemic problem with all chairs chairs like this. The plug is on the left, the pocket is on the right, and the control barely makes it to the pocket. Would it kill you to make it a single foot longer?I don't mind, you might: * It's not a rocker * There's no powered reclining or tilting- but it's very easy to recline and return. * I find the single point lumbar massage soothing, but some people are going to think it's not strong enough. This is not a therapeutic massage chair.All in all, for the price I'm quite satisfied with this as a replacement for my old recliner. The only questions will be how long before the massage motors die and how long before the reline mechanism breaks, since those are the usual problems with chairs like this.

Very uncomfortable to sit on. Cushions are like sitting on stone! I tried to get new cushions and was told the ones sent will be the same as the ones given.

Bolt holes on one end do not line up to secure end to base of couch. Instructions are HORRIBLE as the pieces of furniture are NOT labeled to diagram instructions for assembly. It took a while to put together then the holes did not line up on one end so the only thing holding the end on are the legs!! Very irritated!!! No response from supplier or AMAZON on fixing this problem! DO NOT BUY THIS!!

The most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever sat on. Cushions are super thin so you can feel the springs. Cheaply built. The way the individual sections are connected is ridiculous. You cannot pick up the couch without it folding because the only thing holding the sections together is a thin piece of plastic with a foot in the middle and a single bolt on each side. If I can return it I intend too. Only sat on it 5 times and the cushions are flattened out. I’m not a big person or heavy. Adult male 170 pounds

Lung cancer survivor ordered this to have a comfortable place to recuperate when got out of hospital. Arrived quickly day before surgery. Unforeseen problems after surgery kept me ther 18 days. I had 1/3 of lung removed and thoracic tube resectioned su stitches across one side of back and up and down right side. Very uncomfortable but the cguar is nice and cushy and dont have to reach down Side to pull handle! It is working perfectly.

Very easy to assemble , just screw in 4 short legs and put the lid on. Looks great for the price , I got the dark leather looking one and couldn’t be happier. The last model I bought had a lift lid with hinges that broke in about 2 weeks. This one has no hinges so it can’t break ! It’s not too heavy to lift off and the storage capacity is great , have 3 throw blankets in there now. I also like that the top is padded so you can definitely use it as a seat, but the padding is not too fluffy so you can still use the top as a coffee table as we use it most of the time. Glasses & cups can sit on top without falling over (our last one was too fluffy and you couldn’t do that). Only the first day but it works great for me and I’m very happy this one worked out 👍🏻

Do not buy this couch. It is extremely uncomfortable and not worth the price. Upon arrival, I was provided with damaged as well as I’ll fitting pieces. Once, assembled to the best ability with what I was given, I found that the cushions provided no comfort at all. It felt as if you were sitting on hard pieces of wood.I shop mostly on Amazon and this is the most dissatisfied I have been.

Delivered damaged item. Reported to customer support immediately on the same day delivered.I got return label. I am unable to fit the items , cushions were packed in air tight condition and expanded on open. Explained the situation and requested to help in packing and picking up but didn't see any support. I didn't found additional box to fit these items for purchase , customer team conveyed that they are going compensate for the damage item, but it didn't happen. Later , Customer team arranged for manual pickup to pack and pickup with different shipping vendor , but it didn't happen. When I asked the team that I waiting since a month to resolve my issue they disconnected my call saying return window closed. It was delayed from customer team , unable to understand and solve the issue. Finally closed issue by saying return window closed. Be cautious before you buy this product, if you get damaged product , you can not fit items back and you couldn't able to return. You will end up like my situation. It's poor quality and poor support.
