Can't believe there's a review saying it's "too heavy" 😂 not sure what they expected from a WeiGhTeD blanket, but I ordered it regardless and it's brilliant. It is too small though... definitely not designed for 2 people (which is obviously what you expect from a double.) Luckily the Mrs didn't like it anyway so I won't have to buy another one. If the sizes were sorted it'd be perfect

On opening the blanket I thought I’d ordered a single, as I’d wanted a double. It was only then I looked at the actual measurements, and yes the measurements were for a double. At this point I was all for sending it back as you’d have to have a quilt for the other person in bed as this “ Double “ would only cover one. I then checked the measurements on the king size and there wasn’t that much difference so decided to keep the double, rather than sending it back. Well the first night I slept like I’ve not done in years. So so pleased. Would highly recommend. The only issue I had was the size but if there’s only one in bed it’s fine, that said I’d go for the king size next time .

Yeah, I cried. I felt so safe and warm for the first time in forever that I just cried. Even though I have allergies using it under another blanket with a cover helped (I might have been a bit more sensitive to it because I didn't bother washing it after it came --- but it's not liked I started sneezing or anything so pretty good) I'm so glad I bought this, I just stayed in bed for a few days (maybe that's just depression). Agh, the more I say the worse it sounds but like, I wished I could have gotten one sooner.

I have only given 4 stars as it is really heavy so I find it can be uncomfortable pushing knees together if you sleep on your side I use knee pillow which helps avoid the crushing feeling on my legs. I am petite so everyone may not experience this but this wouldn’t put me off purchasing it as you get into a comfortable position then place blanket over you. I am not sure how it will be for summer use as it is really warm & great for winter nights but I place it on top of my duvet so that can be resolved and it is comfy. Washes easily enough in washing machine & hung out to dry and still in good condition which I was surprised about. With regards to pain I have chronic shoulder pain & find it does help for this not sure if it would be as good for somebody with back pain would depend what position you sleep in. Very reasonable price so if like me you have tried everything else I would give it a try.

I bought this as heard it was good for restless legs. First night took me a while to drop off to sleep. It seemed so heavy! Wow what a difference to my sleep. I drop off within minutes and sleep all night! Brilliant. I would recommend this to anyone. After 20 years plus of disturbed rubbish sleep I am now waking up feeling refreshed and not tired out. Weights OK once you get used to it and it's so warm

Perfect, just what we wanted.

Product is a bit too short for my liking, and its not as if I am too big. Feeling is nice and smooth, it weights good enough. Not sure if I can recommend due to the size, its a bit misleading calling those size doubles or kings.

I must have been sent a product that was returned by someone as the box was awfully beat up. Lots of additional tape around box.Blanket itself feels heavy enough. However the quality of the fabric, colour, and general appearance of the blanket look quite cheap. You get what you pay for!Will have to decide if I'll send back or keep and buy a cover for it.
