Great for training.
I bought these shorts for MMA/Muay Thai/BJJ/Wrestling/Lifting and they work very well. They fit as expected and don't retain sweat. There was a review saying that the crotch velcro stands out awkwardly but I have not noticed this with or without a cup on.The only down side I've noticed is that on the side of the leg where the "V" is split that they began to tear with very little abuse. A simple sewing reinforced the sides and hasn't been a problem since.A bit pricey but if you know you'll stick with your training they're worth the purchase.

Great shorts. Velcro is completely covered so no snags on your workout shirts and the elastic waist is very comfortable and secure.I use them for Krav Maga, Gym workouts and a Spartan race.

I orderede one pair of these & 3 high quality (Higher priced) other brand. Boy did I mess up. The other brand is a lint magnet & not as comfortable! I shoulda order all Title MMA shorts!

I wear these for all my gym activites
My measurements are:87cm waist 34.2in.102cm hips 40in.I fit both a Medium and a Large, but prefer M.The L gives me space to grow, and get a little fat, but the M stays exactly where I put it, because of the elastic. If you are doing Anything where you are standing up, these are awesome. There is no restriction of movement, and they have a string tie in there, so you can secure it more firmly, if you want. If, however you are doing groundwork, you better have a compression-short type jockstrap, or you will be showing the world your... goods. The cut is very high on the sides to give you the flex you need to kick someone in the head, but this also means if you lay on your back, and wrap your feet around you opponent, these are going to look more like bikini briefs, then boxers.Instead of buying new shorts, I bought a few compression-short type groin guards, to wear for those days. The only real complaint I would have with these, is what other people mentioned: The "zipper" and the "belt" are all one piece. It's an L shape, so if you line the velcro up with the 'zipper' part, then you can not really adjust the belt part.I would also like the soft velcro on the right, to go out further. If you pull it tight, then you get some overhang of the rough velcro, and that will sometimes grab your shirt.

Don't waste your money on anything else
By far the best mma workout shorts I've bought, the elastic waistband means never too tight, never too loose. Tough material, looks great. Will never buy mma shorts from another brand again

Sizing Issue
The website show a 34-36 as a Large and a 36-38 as an XL. They are actually just the standard 34-36 is a Medium and 36-38 is a Large. I wear 36 and ordered an XL and it was verrrrry extra large. Almost a 2xl in fact. I had to return them. On the actual product, the quality is good. I ordered them because I like the length. I also liked the velcro fastening and wide inside leg spandex. The only issue was: when ordering online you have to be very careful with the misleading size chart.
