I've had trouble with the internal parts on two of the three that we've bought and schlage doesn't even return emails. I have a normal French door between rooms. What most people would think would be (2) separate doors. So…if you buy this item, you have to buy (4) of these listed here. Two (2) for each door. Meaning front and back of door.
