Roods Fresh Arrowroot Powder, Ararot Powder 900 g

I purchased this powder since my relatives at native place recommend this to heal gastric pain in my stomach. My mom prepared this for me to drink 1 glass of boiled n cooled liquid of arrowroot powder at empty stomach at morning n at the end of dinner time after 1 hour as a last drink at night as a measure to soothe the gastric lining at stomach. It's cooling n will give u required vitamins n mild carbs to recover from weakness of gastric problems. Then inflammation will be relieved n one need to be calm n not to aggravate the lining with further stress of mind n also try walking to heal it's indigestion. No spicy food n just curd n rice only with basic sabzi with mild masala. Slowly gastric problem will be healed n it's take time within 3 to 6 months depending on one's different severity of gastric problems. This is my remedy.

I like that this is way healthier than corn starch. Works great with my white sauces and other cooking for binding. Good to know I'm using a healthier alternative. I like the price point too.
