I’m usually a fan of Melissa and Doug children’s toys. They’re usually well made and work well for kids. These pick up sticks are the exception! I returned them.These sticks were a little too big and way too smooth and glossy. When dropped to play they rolled off of each other to be just a single layer of sticks on the floor.If this is helpful please let me know by clicking below :) thanks!

The sticks are so sturdy and heavy that they do not fall into a tangled mess like the old fashioned game. The sticks mostly roll out in one layer that removes the challenge from the old game.
