Very amazing on skin, bought it for hair which is also effective with conditioning scalp and also softens hair- but waiting to see if it helps with hair growth massage scalp with it and leave on for a few hours or overnight then shampoo hair. Mild odor but I put a few drops of Frankincense in before I apply it. It’s a milky and slightly thick consistency - have already bought another bottle.

This product is wonderful and does not clog the pores! I like adding 2 drops of essential oil to a teaspoon of Emu oil for the face & neck. I believe that it is very penetrating plus very good for sensitive skin even with rosacea.

The cave exit: To be honest, I planned on retiring from posting reviews on Amazon because I felt like products usually get the reviews necessary to encourage reccomendation if they are good enough to purchase them. However, after the first use of this product, not enough praise has been posted towards it. The story: There has been constant praise about this oil. Especially about applying it topically to the skin. I struggle with skin moisturizers because I suffer from a skin condition known as eczema, which dries out the skin excessively and makes things very uncomfortable in my daily life. After extensive research on a natural remedy to help treat my itchy ailment, I stumbled across Emu Oil. I read countless things about it, watched videos and read reviews of people testifying that Emu oil has all the answers to my problem. So I searched Amazon and Bella Terra showed up as the most qualified for my Emu needs. The arrival: The package arrived quickly thanks to my membership on Amazon and came securely packed. The bottle, glass and brown. (Glass is the preferred container for these products as potency is prolonged when stored: so this is another good thing about this product. Also easier to recycle as compared to plastic). I got excited and opened the container. Rubbed a bit on my palm and swiped at my arms and legs where the rashes linger. Almost immediate reaction, the results were relieving. After a couple minutes, my skin was the softest I’ve encountered in a long time. It made me so excited that I actually rubbed it on my scalp. (Read during my research that it’s also great for the scalp and hair). I left the oil in my hair for about 3 hours before I decided to shower and shampoo it off. When I got out of the shower, my hair felt amazing. It is the softest I have ever felt my hair. I just walked to my phone and started typing. If you don’t believe me, purchase this yourself. Emu oil is the real deal but there are imposters out there trying to sale diluted products. This isn’t one of them and if it is, they’re making something worth paying for ;) I have no business with this company. I just felt like sharing my experience because I understand the pain of dealing with eczema and other skin conditions. If you suffer from skin conditions or even hair problems, give this a shot. You won’t regret it. (Look up the benefits if you’re still skeptical)

The product is great! Leaves your skin super soft and I like that it has no smell to it..thank God🙏🏼 I even used it on my hair and tbh, it makes your hair so soffttt. You only need a dab👌🏼A lot goes a long way. The only thing I didn’t like was that the package came wide open and the bottle could’ve broke since it’s glass, at least the bottle was sealed though🙂👍🏼Great product overall.

The product is nicely packaged, with an eye dropper internally. The oil is organic, refined, ethically sourced emu oil. Instructions indicate to use it within 2 years of opening. I does have a somewhat 'oily' emulsified texture like a thicker coconut oil; it absorbs into the skin with a small amount of residue. I'm still getting used to it. The packaging notes you can mix it with your body/face moisturizers. Great for skin care. Cheers.

My hand surgeon recommended I try Emu Oil due to a very painful trigger thumb. The pain would keep me awake at night and during the day my thumb would throb. The QUALITY and PERFORMANCE of this Bella Terra Emu Oil was fantastic! I massage the Emu Oil into my thumb joint 2-3 times a day. It truly works. The pain is alleviated to the point where I forget about it! As an extra-added bonus, the texture of my skin has improved, it is smoother and hydrated. Wow! I love this product!

I recently had Deka Pulse C02 Laser treatment done on my face, neck, and décolletage to help treat years of sun damage (I am 58) and to stimulate collagen. This is a VERY ablative laser and I asked my Nurse Practitioner to set it to the most ablative settings for lines around my mouth. C02 Lasers are a “Controlled burn” that help resurface your skin. Emu Oil is excellent for the treatment of burns, so I bought this prior to my treatment in order to use it to keep my skin hydrated post treatment. This helped my skin heal quickly. I highly recommend this product!

I have one of those skin and hair types that loves to be treated to high quality animal fats and plant oils. I will say that of all of the fats and oils I have used, this one is unique in how it seems to absorb into the skin, feeding it instantly, rather than forming a thick coating on the surface first. So for people who don't like to be greasy this is probably a better fat to apply than some others. I ordered the 1 gallon size and I am very pleased. The bottle was brimming and very securely sealed. The only way to improve upon this would be if the company actually labeled the bottle with the date it was rendered/bottled, since that is the true date from which the expiration time starts ticking, not when you open it.
