Great for coffee or tea
"Easy to use" can be subjective. I get years of trouble free use from these pots. The only time they don't last is due to negligence. When making coffee, I start with a medium flame. Once the water starts to boil, I reduce the flame to very low. After it has percolated to my liking, I can keep the coffee hot at the extremely lowest flame. The pros: Lightweight, easy to clean, handle does not get hot, can be used to brew tea, makes a good tasting cup of coffee or tea, pours neatly without making a mess, works very well on gas stoves The cons: Lightweight, difficult to control percolation on electric stoves, manageable paper filters are kind of difficult to find, if heated too much, it tends to sputter and create a mess Overall, these are decent pots. But they do have a small "learning curve" if you've never used one. Personally, I consider this a great pot.

Nice coffee maker
Nice coffee maker but would prefer metal inserts instead of plastic. Hard to find coffee filters that fit the coffee basket. Easy enough to clean but being careful not to bang the pot when hot. Coffee tastes good but have to play with brewing time and amount of coffee to use.

Best way to make coffee
I have been using this for years and this is the only way I will make coffee at home now. Coffee comes out delicious. It’s important to monitor the heat and turn it when it starts to boil, but once you figure it out it’s easy to use. I would never go back to a regular electric coffee pot.

Glass coffee percolator
It only lasted one year and the bottom started getting cracks and I ALWAYS used the little metal star on my electric stove so it wasn’t directly on the heating element! The glass is VERY thin! I now have a PYREX glass coffee pot and the glass is much thicker. I feel very lucky that I didn’t get burnt using this cheap imitation of a good coffee pot! It also has plastic insides which I really didn’t like and I’m glad I threw it in the trash!

This is a good value, handy, and convenient size coffee pot.
Great coffee pot. I use it for ground coffee that I use a mill to grind from whole beans. I do use an internal wire mesh to put into the plastic coffee ground holder. It is simple and I can see the coffee that is brewed. I do change the amount of perking depending on the grounds I am using. I recommend this handy size, easy to use, great value for the price coffee pot.

Not what I expected
The coffee pot is lightweight in design. I was surprised to see how much plastic there was. The first time I added water to make 4 cups coffee; I got 2 cups finished product. The next day I measured the water before pouring in. It's 2 1/2 cups water to the 4-cup mark. The package insert gave quantity of coffee per cup and brew time directions. I had to tweak this to my liking. The coffee pot does work well.
