Don't waste your money, buy one of the fingerboard splints and an e-stim unit. !) almost impossible to put on by yourself. the arm part has a nylon sleeve that is hard to get a curled fist through, the arm straps need to longer so you can attach them after you get you arm placed, the little finger pockets are soft but slide off way to easily, don't have a pull tab, and aren't sticky enough to tension you fingers rather than pulling off, even after the cross brace has been moved up the arm. The big tension screw is very hard to turn and there is no tension adjustment for the long springs attached to the finger pockets.
