In love!!!
Very resistant I enjoy the quality I prefer these because they are harder to move is not like the elastic ones that you feel are gonna hit you in the face lol I’ll definitely try the small ones!

Better than expected!
I opened them as soon as they arrived and did my workout which I had been using a rubber resistance band for that wasn’t long enough. I was afraid these would be too intense but with the three levels and ability to double them up or use full length they are perfect! Not to mention the cute colors and bag for storage! It kind of gets you excited to work out!
