Some Bugs (Classic Board Books)

I love reading this book to my son. Fun rhymes. And I love that it makes bugs interesting and not scary. My first order the book was damaged in the corner from shipping but I was sent a new one pretty quickly!

2 year old loves this one! Great illustrations. Fun and catchy. We love learning about bugs!

My daughter loves this book. I ordered it as a board book to give to her friend and she will not part with it, so I had to order an additional one to give as the gift!

We love this book! The illustrations are so detailed, and the rhythm of the language is great. I love that it teaches my baby about the very basics of bug diversity but will grow with her too. The last pages have a key with the names of all the different types of bugs in the book. I can see my kiddo learning their names and hunting for them throughout the pages as she gets older.

I gave this to a friend as a baby shower gift and everyone who has seen it is impressed with it. The text and illustrations are very cute. It depicts a wide range of backyard insects and their behaviors -- is there any other board book that has a clearing hummingbird hawkmoth in it?? AND at the back there's an illustrated list of all the bugs shown in the book. So charming.

My son's favorite book. We lost one and had to buy another. Very easy to make sound effects while you read together, like "buzz" and "sting"

I LOVE this book! It’s so beautiful and easy to read. It’s realistic in terms of description and is the perfect gift for a child who loves nature. I was so pleasantly surprised to see some of the bugs I see on the farm in this book.

Great introduction to bugs for 1-2 ish. Lovely illustrations that arent too complicated. Rhyming pattern to the words.

Me encantó. Las ilustraciones del libro son hermosas y me gustó mucho el concepto de mostrar a los niños una clasificación de los bichos: los que pican, los que cantan, los que trepan, etc.Aunque la descripción diga que es pasta de cartón, en realidad es un "board book" cada página es de cartón rígido, especial para niños pequeños y por tanto más durable que los que tienen hojas de papel. El tamaño super conveniente para manos pequeñas. Muy recomendable tanto para tener en casa como para dar de regalo.

Sobre bichos, de todos tipo, que vuelan, se arrastran, saltan.Visual, divertidos, coloridos y en inglés.Tiene vocabulario muy especifico como rodas, saltar, ruidos de animales....pero genial para la epata de infantil y primer ciclo de primaria!
