These are a great value for the money. I thought with a part this inexpensive that the quality would suffer and/or they would be difficult to install. Not So! The kit had the parts needed to do the installation and the regulator works like new. Awesome product!

It’s never easy to install a window motor and regulator but I can say that I have had this on for about 5 months now and it still works great

Have replaced every regulator in over a half dozen Crown Vics and Grand Marquis and these regulators are simple and easy to insteall. Every one has worked flawlessly and all are still operating like new. A little tip here for anyone with a panther body Ford product. When one of the regulators fails, you should really consider replacing the rest of the regulators as well. The plastic gears and rollers in the OEM regulators generally will all fail within the next year, and if you don't want to make three or four trips to the repair shop, do them all at once, or maybe two at a time to save a little $$.
