Hi. How can i clean the fan? Since its the lid its kinda impossible to open

Look through the rear of the fan towards the front grill. You'll see a small chrome screw at 6 o'clock. Undo the screw then rotate the front grill slightly to remove it. There are matchnarks on the external circumference of the rear casing and front grill to realign the two following cleaning.

It is a bit stiff to start off with, and I have only once had to fold it back up and put in the box for storage, I just kept trying and eventually it does go down and folds flat. Actually I had the same thing when I opened it up for the first time but once I opened it it was fine. I dont know if this helps but hopefully it will
