What are the major difference between the HELLA 007424801 and the 007424804?

I think the only difference would be the frequency of the horns. Other than that, I don't know of any other difference. Just my opinion.

Is one horn louder than the other?

You can check out the specifications on www.myhellalights.com and you down load a hella app that has sound from the app store. This has 116 db and the other is 228. This horn sounds like a trumpet and the supertone has a higher pitch.
